Our pre-designed days have proved highly popular as team building & reward days for your staff, for client entertaining and for groups of friends. The mixture of activities has been carefully chosen to give a wide variety of experiences, from the extreme to the familiar. Our pre-designed days take the stress out of organising a special day – we do it all for you – all we need you to do is arrive ready for an unforgettable day.

Ideal group sizes range from 7 to 60 participants for a full day (for larger groups see exclusive use ) & although we require a full driving licence for some driving events non-drivers are accommodated so they don't miss out on these essential experiences. All events can be timed and scored to give a competitive element to the day.

09.00 - 09.30
As you walk along the wooden boardwalk to the log cabin you will receive a warm welcome from the Monster Events team & offered steaming cups of freshly brewed coffee & tea. The aroma of bacon baguettes & Danish Pastries fills the air to tempt your taste buds (optional extra) & to provide sustenance for the days activities.
09.30 - 09.45
Your guests are introduced to the centre, the Monster Events Team and the days activities by a senior member of staff who will be your event manager for the day. A safety brief is given to all participants. The whole group is divided into teams (this can be done prior to the day or on the day) and each team will rotate through the events of the day.
09.45 - 10.00 Time to prepare for the activities and meet with your first instructor.
10.00 - 11.00
In at the deep end with your first event - Monster Truck Driving – each guest in turn will be at the wheel. Seated 10 foot above the ground in our unique full size, dual control monster truck you will be taught to drive, firstly on the flat, then over training obstacles and finally, if having successfully completed the first two stages, you will drive over cars with the vehicles giant 1.8 m high tyres. An unforgettable experience to set you up for the rest of the day. Once this event has commenced, each half of the team in turn will have the chance to practice their monster truck driving skills with our Radio Control Mini Monster Trucks - racing around our purpose built track with these scaled model monster trucks you will make the Wacky Races look tame as you race through tunnels, over bridges and jumping and crushing everything in your path. A nice, light-hearted addition to the more physically and mentally demanding activities of the day.
11.00 - 12.00
Once you have mastered the mini and monster trucks we keep your adrenalin pumping as you experience the thrill of 4 x 4 Off-Road Driving - here you will learn to safely drive these powerful 4 x 4 vehicles over extreme terrain, with near vertical inclines and declines, side slides, through woodland and over the giant seesaw.
12.00 - 13.00
The final event of the morning is an eternal favourite for all - Quad Bike Trials - with our challenging course incorporating tree stumps, hills, tunnel, chicanes & obstacles at every turn, riding these balloon tyred bikes will continually require your skills of precision riding, agility and speed control.
13.00 - 14.00
By the end of the morning session you will be feeling that warm glow of mental & physical accomplishment, and will welcome your lunchtime B.B.Q or hot buffet.
14.00 - 15.00
Once you are refreshed it's back to the activities. Our 8x8 mini skid steer challenge puts you in a spin & provides hilarity all round. The tiny 40cm wheels on this vehicle enable excellent manoeuvrability and with a heavy hand it will turn 360 degrees in an instant. The challenge for each guest is to complete the timed slalom course – fairly easy until you incorporate the drum of water in the back for which time penalties are awarded with each litre lost (drum can be place near to the driver for a wet event or at the far end of the vehicle for a dry event & waterproofs are supplied).
15.00 - 16.00
The mornings quad biking was just a warm up for the more challenging Quad Bike Skills - an event that requires control and acquired technique as you learn to master the quad bike over log risers, under limbo bars, through the wood and over the see-saw, with more challenges at every turn. A task made more demanding by requiring you to collect balls and tokens en route and keep them in the basket.
16.00 - 17.00
The final event of the day is the 4 x 4 Blindfold Challenge - with each of your team members blindfolded in turn you can either choose to drive the full course with one of our instructors talking you through the demanding challenge or you can choose to have a colleague as the ultimate 'back seat driver' on a less severe but equally challenging course - a real test of teamwork!
17.00 - 18.00
Return to the log cabin where the bar will be open and afternoon tea awaits (optional extra). Time to relax and exchange stories of the days events. Awards & presentations (if required) round off the days events in style. Depart at leisure.
